Possible scenarios:
• You had real talent but chose safe, ordinary work instead of following it.
• You may have told yourself that talent doesn't pay the bills, so you buried it.
• You might have been hurt because of your abilities and decided to stay small and invisible.
• You tried to use your talent, but one failure was enough to make you give it up completely.
• Or the opposite happened: you discovered your talent and let it go to your head, thinking you were better than everyone else.
Strengths:
• You pick up new skills at work faster than most people around you.
• You often have a real gift, even if you haven't fully seen it yet.
• You have a natural drive to keep learning and growing.
• You can spot talent in others easily, especially in your kids.
Weaknesses:
• You probably don't think of yourself as talented at all.
• Criticism hits hard and you tend to only show the polished, good side of yourself.
• Speaking up or sharing your real opinion feels difficult, like something gets stuck.
• You can stay in the same job or routine for years, even when it stopped feeling right a long time ago.
• It's easy to pour all your energy into your kids' growth instead of your own.
Main Tasks:
• Figure out what you're naturally drawn to and what you actually do well. That's where your talent lives.
• Stop staying in the shadows. If you have a skill, develop it properly.
• Keep moving. Learn new things, try new things, don't stay still.
• Get comfortable with criticism. It's part of growing, not a sign you're failing.
• Stop trying to please everyone. You can't, and it's costing you.
• Bring something new into your life regularly, in work, in creativity, in how you think.
